What is disability?

According to the Disability Discrimination Act it is:

'a physical or mental impairment which has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on the ability to carry out normal day to day activities'.

 

By disabled parents JS-Training is including any adult with a parenting role and can include:

Birth Parents

Adoptive Parents

Step-Parents

Grandparents

Anyone else who cares for children and has a disability
